Get ready to witness a high voltage drama in the upcoming episode of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. In the forthcoming episode, we will see that Anisha finally reveals her truth to Goenkas and confesses she is Kairav's girlfriend. Everyone is shocked to know about this, especially Manish fumes with anger and takes Anisha to Birla's house. Friday’s episode starts with Akshara confronting Abhimanyu and asking him about his connection with Anisha.
He reveals the truth to her by showing her Anisha sitting with Kairav. He tells her that Anisha is his sister, to which Akshara wonders if Kairav and Anisha are in a relationship. Abhimanyu agrees to it. ‘A shocked’ Akshara then runs towards them but Abhi tries to stop her and they fall. Just then, Kairav and Anisha come to them. Akshara tells them that she is very happy that they both love each other and that she is quite excited about it. However, much to their surprise, Kairav tells her that he came there to break up with Anisha. Hearing this, she gets upset and leaves from there.
Mahima, who was crossing that road, happens to see Anisha running. She began wondering if it was Anisha or someone else. After reaching home, she tells the family that Anisha shouldn't be back. At the same time, Akshara goes to talk to Anisha and tries to calm her down. She advises Anisha to stop running and instead she should fight for her love. Abhimanyu, on the other hand, too tries to talk to Kairav as he tries to convince him that he shouldn't part ways with Anisha just because she is a Birla.

Kairav tells him that their families won't come together but Abhimanyu tells him they will find a way. Just then Anisha comes and Kairav leaves her heartbroken after he tells her that he is ending everything.
In the upcoming episodes, Anisha goes to meet the Goenkas. She tells them that she is Kairav's girlfriend. Aarohi then informs everyone that she is a member of the Birla family. ‘An irate’ Manish then takes her to the Birla house and calls her in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Akshara, Abhimanyu and Kairav too reach there.
